One electronic document is one accepted comprobante that reached Hacienda: an invoice, tiquete, credit or debit note. Retries and submissions against the test environment never count.
Submissions do not stop. Documents beyond your monthly quota are charged as document overage, per document, at a rate that falls as your volume rises. Dev is the exception: it is a sandbox, with no production documents and so nothing to exceed.
You remain the issuer of record. We operate as a notified system provider and sign and submit on your behalf, without claiming Hacienda certification or homologation.
Rendering each document to PDF is available as a paid add-on. It is not included in any plan.
